It depends on if the back of your TV is flat or curved? The mounting brackets that came with the north bayou TV wall mount were flat not curved. The brackets are adjustable to fit different size TVs. There are two screws near the VESA plate, use the tool to adjust the screw then it could be rotaion. Please check the manual. **Q: I have the model F350. I have slackened/ tightened the tension screw but the arm remains locked up and won't move down.
