Duo Toilet Basin Combo Combined Toilet With Sink Tap Space Saving Cloakroom Unit

This is a great little toilet & sink combo, I'd originally seen on B&Q's website but they no longer sold it. It had good reviews on there and they were right. The unit arrived undamaged and with everything included there was no messing around looking for a tap or other fittings. My plumber made a small adjustment to the float so it didn't catch on the side and it works perfectly. An absolute good buy and highly recommended for those who don't have the room for a separate sink. Just some finishing touches and my downstairs loo is complete.

In Church we had a loo, with no space for a basin. Now we can wash our hands. So it does the job, but the tap drips all the time. Our very experienced plumber puts it down to a faulty cartridge. In his opinion the cartridge supplied is of poor quality. One feels that to save a bit of money, they may have sacrificed on quality, which is a shame, as it will negatively reflect on their reviews, therefore their sales. Suggest they review the quality of fitments.

I haven’t installed yet . But it’s neat and compact to fit into a small space . Everything looks like good quality. So I’m impressed so far .

I had a profesional to install and some of the screw and material provided won't fit, so, I needed to buy a different one. Also water won't stop flooding out, a trick from the plumber solve it. Only downside is that sometimes it doesn't flush well, and stuff getting stuck..But all in all, I am very pleased with it.

Fantastic! Only didn’t realise it was cold water only!! Probably my mistake, as I didn’t read the info!! But great quality, and ideal for small spaces.

The concept of this toilet is good, however my plumber said it was extremely difficult to fit. Unfortunately on mine the tap was faulty and continually dripped, it is a sealed unit and parts are not available. I contacted A2B shopping and informed me they would refund me the difference of a new tap... Of which they did and I am very grateful. However it is impossible to find a replacement cooke and lewis tap as the only suppliers in the UK are screwfix and B & Q. They have told me the tap is not available. So sadly I have to replace the whole toilet to one dripping tap.

The toilet arrived initially with the sink cracked, I emailed the company and there was no apology or politeness i felt like i was been interrogated.Due to building delays it was a while before it was installed, from day one the tap leaked and the cistern leaked, it loses a large quantity of water every day. It also makes a deafening sound like water being fired into the cistern constantly. 2 plumbers could not fix it.On contacting the company i got a one liner back saying it was only covered for the first month of sale.This place has no idea about customer service and the product is apiece of s***
