GoWISE Power PS1006 3000W Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter/Hardwire Terminal, Updated Model, 1 Pack

I put this in my camper to run my refrigerator and ceiling fan. I also have a microwave. I wasn't sure about it running that, but it does. I haven't tried it on my AC yet it needs some repair so I will try it later. I had a 2KW modified sine wave inverter that wouldn't run my vacuum cleaner. That was one of many reasons why I switch to this one. It runs my vac just fine. It was a little big to mount where I wanted to mount it. I had to mount it standing on end rather than sideways it still worked okay.

July 2021. Just installed this inverter. Initial testing indicates working as intended. I'll do followup review after our first week long camp out. We mostly boondock.

This broke after a week of use with no customer support. I did call customer support and they told me they would have an engineer call me. That was two weeks ago. I live off grid, so I can't wait two weeks. I ordered a Victron to replace it, which although is 4 times the cost has performed flawlessly since I got it. I so wished I could have saved money with this unit, but as soon as you test it with high power (within its rating) it will go out on you, and their customer service will not call you back. Of course it broke just a few days after the return window closed, so now I'm stuck with a brick.

This is a great inverter. We are off grid and have punished this thing 24/7 for the last 6 months. I would like to buy one more.

It's a pure wave inverter, and it will power some things, but getting it to 1500w and the fans start screaming. It won't handle much surge at all. I have a champion dual fuel 2500w inverter generator that is 1600w on propane and it will run my rooftop ac on the camper, but this inverter will trip every time it tries to start, and I have a soft start installed on the a/c. The running watts for the ac is about 1550 watts as per the hughes power watchdog. I know the surge is quite a bit more, but with the soft start, it should be considerably less than 6000w. I have it connected to two 100ah lithium batteries with 2ga cables and have pulled a consistent 125a (over 1600w) from a single battery without issue, so I know the battery bank is capable. It has tripped before from my microwave in the camper. The only reason for 2 stars is because it does work for lower wattage loads very well.

I run a mobile tinting business in a oversized sprinter van. It runs everything and anything I need it to.

Haven't needed Tech Support, this unit works great, been using it for 4 months, Awesome!
