It is 250mg for the maximum serving size of 3 scoops…..I scoop is approx 83mg

No it is not. Superpump max is good but not as good as old superpump. I did see gaspari had a new superpump 250 out with DMAA in it. Not sure if amazon carries it yet Have not tried it. Found it on ebay. The old superpump 250 was banned. Yep i know that was the best pre out there. Dont get me wrong superpump 250 and max are about best you can get in pre nowdays. Try the superpump 250 with DMAA. I have been told its the old stuff.
