I've been using pre-workout supplements for about three years now, and most of them have never seemed as good as SuperPump Max. It is a really difference feel from most of the other drinks I've had, with the main difference being that I'm not getting a caffeine buzz out of this, I'm actually creating real energy from the quality ingredients in the mix (only Cellucor's C4 has been better for me). If I were to have a complaint about, its that it's too sweet. Right now I've only tried the orange flavor, and while it tastes delicious, I'm not real big on sweet things so thats a little bit of a turn off for me. However, even on the first day I was at the gym longer without getting tired, and the day after there wasn't any soreness (which I was expecting because I had just recovered from being sick). Jack3d was OK but it made my entire body tingle before my workout, and No-Xplode just did absolutely nothing for me (though my wife thinks its fantastic). I would highly recommend SumperPump Max to anyone who is looking to try a pre-workout supplement, as it has really helped my motivation in my early morning gym visits! If anyone has any questions, feel free to comment and I'll do my best to respond back in the comment section. ps. I've heard that the Blueberry flavored one makes your entire mouth turn blue. The orange did not turn my mouth and teeth any particular color.

On my 3rd container. I really like it because it contains NO Beta Alanine. Most preworkouts contain Beta Alanine and it is unproven as an supplement and it makes your skin tingle. As you up the dosage on other preworkouts with Beta Alanine the sensation can become unbearable. For me that was the case and I just felt like I didn't want to deal with that unbearable skin tingle any more so I moved to Super Pump Max. That doesn't happen with this stuff. I researched best preworkouts without Beta-Alanine, and everything pointed to SuperPump Max. I've had Fruit Punch, Sour Apple and Cooler Orange. I like Orange and Fruit Punch the sour apple is okay. I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5 for 2 reasons: 1. It does NOT itemize the ingredients. I like to know the dosage of every ingredient as there are scientifically proven dosages and I'd like to know I'm getting them. 2. The caffeine dosage could be higher. I DO drink A LOT of caffeine so it could be my tolerance, but on most other preworkouts 2 scoops gets me going with this stuff it wears off fast with 2 scoops. Seems like it will forever be in my "old reliable" category. It isn't intense, it isn't ground breaking but it gets the job done.

TL;DR: Gives you energy, focus, and increased blood flow. Less jittery feeling than SuperPump 250. Overall better. After using SuperPump 250 for over a year, I switched to this version about 2 months ago. Overall, I like it better than the original version. It makes me feel less jittery and more focused than SuperPump 250 ever did. Also, I can take a full scoop of this and not feel sick, whereas a full scoop of 250 would make me feel nauseous and ruin the workout. It still feels as if it increases blood flow. They used to advertise it on the 250 bottles as "increased vasularity." The veins on my arms do indeed enlarge and my muscles appear larger when I'm in the middle of a workout using this. Aside from aesthetics, I believe my muscles don't tire out quite as quickly because of it. On average I'd say I get an extra 2-3 reps out of each set when using this as opposed to not using any pre-workout supplement. I've also taken Jack3d by USP Labs and Black Powder by MRI for several months, but I prefer SuperPump Max over them too. A note about taking it: Start drinking it about 30 minutes prior to arriving at the gym and sip through it. If you drink it all at once it'll hit you hard and your energy will die off within the hour. If you drink it slowly then it'll stay in your system longer. That's probably common sense, but if this is your first supplement you may not realize that.

The first batch of this pre-workout is always the best before hitting the gym. No you will go to the restroom to do the number “2” but after your done get ready to hit your max weight goals and preform several super-sets during your workout. I usually workout in the mornings before work and feel focus and sure of myself. But prefers this product to get activated!

Orange flavor is different. Not my favorite. Might try a different flavor.
