I'm very pleased with this camera. The resolution is great and the color is great also. The 27 X zoom really brings object close and the auto focus is right on time. I have it set on tour mode most of the time and it was fairly easy to setup. The night vision is good although i have a few lights in the yard that help. I had a problem at first with the night vision but support (Olivia) was great and would answer emails very promptly. It took me awhile to find time to work on it because i have been really busy at work. The problem was the power source was to far from the camera. I had to run power to the pole where the camera was mounted. So I and placed a water proof box on the pole to hold the GFI receptacle and the power supply. A+++ for product & support,

Camera will not stay on keep loosing picture. Have to unplug power supply to get it to come back on. Contacted seller which is in china and i am getting know where, I had to pay to have installed now I have a camera that does not work . Would think twice about buying this one

Stopped working properly after three months dealing with the seller thru email. Have not been able to resolve the issue yet.
