Great but use electrical tape
I have five of these and love them. The first one took me about 30 minutes to install with absolutely no prior knowledge of how doorknobs work. The next four took less than 5 minutes a piece. There is a tiny plug inside that needs to be connected, so far it has come unplugged on two of my door handles after a couple of weeks of slamming the doors, causing them to go dead suddenly. A piece of electrical tape solves that problem; do yourself a favor and tape it together the first time.

Didn’t last long but awesome customer support
Lasted about 6 months on a door that’s used about once a day. On a side note, buy a door lock that has a manual unlock feature. This lock has no manual unlocking “knob” on the inside so once it breaks or quits working in the locked position, you can’t open the door. You have to take it apart to get the door open.UPDATE: Contacted customer service and they were fantastic. Sent me a whole new door lock as well as an extra latch. Awesome customer service and support. I am upgrading rating to 4 stars.
