I did get a chance to use this tool in a very light snowstorm that we had here in Washington DC. I don't think it would have been effective if there were any significant amount of ice on the windshield. The handle is just long enough for me but my arm span is quite wide -- 6 feet three inches. For a person with shorter arms, it would have been inadequate. My goal was to save money on the purchase, which I did, but a little disappointed that the product was so flimsy.

Every picture clearly shows two of the product, but when I received mine, there was only one.

Was expecting more sturdy for the price, not something that seems to come from the dollar store. Don't waste your money.

This ice scraper and triangle snow shovel can do the job in a pinch but not very well. It’s really cheap feeling, so I’m not sure how long it will last. It’s just ok. I don’t recommend it.

This is a nifty small snow shovel. I just don't understand what about it justifies the price. The handle is nice and sturdy. But the shovel part is cheap plastic. It comes disassembled and you have to snap it in. There is no protection on the shovel edge and you might scratch the vehicle, if you use in on other areas besides the windshield.
