I intend to take this when I go backpacking so small, lightweight, and able to withstand weather and rough treatment were paramount. This meets all those requirements. Love the carbon fiber, and the size is great. My only complaint is that it isn't real accurate tonally on some of the upper frets. Some bar chords are just a little out of tune. But for the price, I expected some of that.This isn't the guitar for a first guitar, or a daily use. But for what I wanted, it is very nice.

Small guitar with a big sound. I’ve owned a few travel guitars and one other carbon fiber travel guitar. Enya go is the better of all of them. First off it’s $80usd, that’s a no brainer, take a chance you’ve got very little to lose. It comes with a decent bag too. As for the guitar it’s well built. Heavier than its wood counterparts but that’s to be expected. There is a bit of neck dive but the small size is easy to support since it’s like a big ukulele. Strap buttons are quality but doesn’t help the neck dive. Out of the box it needed no adjustments to the truss rod or saddle. There is plenty of material on the saddle to manicure if you need to and the truss rod was smooth when I tested it. The strings are just fine (not great) and were the first thing to go. The frets need polishing (common on cheap guitars) and since I was changing strings I took the opportunity to polish them. Some 0000 steel wool and new strings (I went with 12s due to the short scale. They feel like 11s tuned to standard at this scale length) and now the guitar is amazing.It has a bass response you don’t hear on guitars this small and shallow. The intonation is pretty good but I’ll wait until the new strings break in to start to adjust it.

Surprised by overall quality and sound. I decided to replace Bridge saddle with a compensated one. Now it has better intonation and action. The bridge it came with was not seated all the way down. when I replaced it the action lowered a good deal. No fret buzz or problems. No fret sharp edges. ( One of the benefits of carbon fiber - wood shrinks metal and fiber do not ) I even played Hendrix Stone Free and Helter Skelter on it. It Can Rock ( with a little fine tuning and practice. ) I have bigger than tiny hand so took getting used to it being a little tight.

I am in LOVE with this guitar. It’s a 1/2 sized white guitar that sounds beautiful, holds its tune and fills the room with musical sound. Just gorgeously made. 100% in craftsmanship and intonation. Would recommend with my eyes closed. Very happy with this purchase
