Umckaloabo is very effective for bronchial support. There is literature available on this plant. I use two capsules daily - one in the morning and one in the evening - and I feel that my breathing is clearer.

I've tried multiple natural products but sometimes the allergic reaction is just as bad as the problem I'm solving. This seems to do the trick the best , so far! I have allergies since being home more due to an accident. I have asthma and reactive airway disease, I'm also a vocalist and tend to have seasonal allergies, and a winter cold that escalates into severe bronchitis. It's summer so I can't say whether or not it prevents that but I can definitely tell when I don't take it. Great natural alternative to control inhalers. My breathing is much deeper when I take it. Awesome product. Doctor wasn't sure if I had upper respiratory infection or Coronavirus.
