I have attempted to use a cup for 2 cycles and just couldn’t get to grips with it. It was uncomfortable and would leak. I also have IUD, so using a cup made me super nervous about displacing my IUD.I have tried the Salt disc for a few days so far and it’s really easy to use. The finger grip on the disc is really useful and reassuring. The disc is soft but still firm enough to keep its shape when inserted. I was apprehensive about using a disc because of its size, it seemed so daunting to have to position. But it’s been great, once I figured out how to insert it the best way for me and my anatomy, it’s not leaked at all. It’s super comfy. I highly recommend trying the salt disc if you’re struggling to use a cup. Also Reddit is great for advice on all things disc if you’re struggling

I was very nearly put off by the size of the disc as it looks quite big at first especially in comparison to the cup. I found this to be much easier to insert and remove than a cup but it is a bit messier even so I’m glad I made the switch! I would warn that it does self empty when you bear down so if you’re using a public bathroom for a bowel movement I suggest taking a bottle of water in with you to wash yourself down after!

I read other reviews and bought this product but I have had huge issues with this product. To sum it up, it didn't work and I had a minor mental breakdown trying to deal with leakages and removal of this product. It disgusted me to the core! It was comfortable but if it doesn't do the job there is an issue. No way of contacting the provider for support. A waste of money and a huge issue at the time of need. X

I found this to be completely unusable. Having tried numerous times since I purchased and followed all the instructions, I just cannot get it to be even remotely effective.Disappointed as I would have liked to move away from single use products and naturally this was expensive
