His in-depth research and practical advice for personal and professional growth are invaluable. However, the reason for withholding that fifth star is the book's occasionally disjointed flow. While the content is exceptional, the organization and transition between chapters can be somewhat abrupt, making it a bit challenging to follow. Nevertheless, "Mastery" remains an essential read for anyone seeking to understand the journey to expertise and self-mastery.

Love just about so far the books I've read by Robert Greene. Such a powerful mastermind if a writer he is. He never fails us with his messages and way of highlighting them with his brilliance.

It breaks down the journey into stages—first observing and learning from a mentor, then experimenting with your own style, and finally reaching a point of intuitive skill where you can innovate and break the rules. The book uses stories of famous masters like Da Vinci and Einstein to show that anyone can reach this level if they have the patience and discipline to put in the work over many years.

This is a travel friendly book size, it can be brought anywhere and the principles within can be reread very easily due to this reason. I would highly recommend to any athlete who enjoys 48 laws of power but wants a more direct approach to them

I accidentally bought the "Concise" version without reading the description. So be careful. If you want the full version, this is NOT it. However, the fact that it is small made it convenient enough for me to carry around. The principles are all in there, so you're not being short-changed. It's just concise as the title says, a shorter version.

This was a fantastic read, well written and researched, a book that should be read by anyone trying to acquire a new skill either at work or become a master in a particular area be it in sports, arts etc. There were so many light bulb moments for me and it's a book I will definitely keep referring to.

Robert helped me whenever I'm in my self doubt. He stood out and encouraged me to be bold by writing a such wonderful handy book! I appreciate his hardworking and his dedication. I have learned a lot from him through his books, his videos.

The type of mastery this author talks about is sorely needed. It talks about tacit knowledge vs our typical explicit learning experience. We will not be able to address the current complex environments we are facing without this. I am surprised this is not more well known and used.
