It was totally unacceptable. Manufacturer forgot to debur and remove many sharp edges on the end plates. Returned it, but they will NOT pay the $30+ postage. Never buy from Amazon again.!!!

Very attractive towel rack but the quality is a little cheap. The bar with hooks does not stay stationary for me. I've tried to tighten it with no luck. Looks like crazy glue for me! If you're looking for Top Quality this is not the piece.
