This is a fun little build. It's not the most detailed cafe set I've seen, but it has enough detail to make it interesting and enough variation to keep it from becoming dull. The instructions are clear enough for most children to grasp, and I'd say that this should take a full day for a kid to complete. It'll keep them occupied for a while and, as it's a small model, the result won't take up too much space. Win!

Missing pieces. My daughter was so excited to put this together, but within the first few steps we noticed a couple of pieces were missing. Unfortunately past the return date now, so not much we can do with it.

I absolutely hated this building, the directions weren't clear, there was no tool to take pieces apart in case of a mistake, I gave two stars because its cute, I understand its a micro build but sheesh, it was very tedious, if the instructions were clearer maybe it wouldn't have been so bad

Fake fingernail glue. Sparingly. Be ABSOLUTELY sure the part is going where it belongs. Assemble the parts that you are gluing QUICKLY.

The instructions are the worst I have ever seen. You can't tell where to put the bricks because of the dark color and the colors are hard to determine the right ones never completed it too frustrating!

It's cute and fun when/if you can figure out the instructions. Some base platforms are like a collage, made up of smaller peices and it's difficult to see the lines. So I got my phone took a picture and zoomed in really close to see the perimeter lines. Even then it was sooo difficult to see so I started counting the pegs to see if I could figure it out eventually I did. Pictures are attached for reference. My tips would be is to make sure to have precision tweezers, a phone to zoom in and lots of patience lol. My son was helping me with it and he would get so frustrated and confused he would have meltdowns (hes autistic) but we got through it. I would probably not buy again.

My kids enjoyed this as a gift and spent quite a while putting the parts together and assembling. Once they got 3/4ths of the way done, I could see a bit of fatigue setting in and the smaller parts / pieces giving them some challenges. The parts are very small so I think that was a bit of a surprise to me, but they took the challenge on and quickly adopted this little city / scene into their doll collection and it became a fixture in their play. They did have a bunch of pieces they never used / stopped building with as I think they felt they got far enough, but they seemed happy with the result and had a lot of fun creating. With my bad eyesight for small stuff, this would have been a challenge for me but with their younger eyes they didn't seem to mind.
