The quality of the container seems to be top notch for plastic. The price is good for the quality. Easy to clean. The lid snaps on nicely. Came with a nice scooper. I recommend for smaller cats. Not good for chunky boys. Its a little harder for the cats to cover their potty when their done. But its still functions as its designed. I would say it holds up to the claim that its better litter mess control. My cats use it every day so they have no complaints. I recommend if you are looking for a more visibly pleasing cat box with less mess. It will go just about anywhere.

I have 5 cats and I love this box. I’m about to purchase another one. Keeps the litter in the box. No mess. My only complaint is you really have to wash it out because the smell goes into the plastic. I wish they made a metal one.

This has been so great! My dog stopped eating the cat crap! And it seems to mask the kitty litter well. It’s easy for my cat to get in and out. I was worried about it tipping. But I keep at least a big box of kitty litter at one time in it at all times, and I haven’t had any problems whatsoever. The only downfalls I hate how the urine sticks to the sides, but it comes right off and it’s hard to scoop out because of the round corners. But I’m not complaining because of that because this is an amazing kitty litter! Seriously, the best one I’ve had! I would definitely buy this again and it’s so durable is a perfect height. It holds a great amount of litter good bang for the buck.

We've had this litter box for about 3 weeks now. I bought it after we moved to a new apartment, and we decided to try having the litter box in the bathroom. In addition to cutting down on tracking, this litter box is a bit smaller than the standard rectangular ones, and it fits in the corner of my bathroom perfectly. My kitty is 4, and adjusted to using this box in about 3 hours. I was super proud of her, because she was also adjusting to a whole new apartment, and sharing the bathroom with us. I didn't give her any kind of overlap time between her old box and this new one, because there isn't room my bathroom for 2 boxes. So she just had to roll with it right away, and she took it like a champ. The little holes on the top don't do much to get the litter back into the box, in my opinion, but the lid is easy to snap off and just dump everything back in. The holes also provide good ventilation, which I think is important. I love that there's a little hook to hang the lid on the back of the box while you're cleaning it, and a hook for the scooper. The overall look of the box is really nice. Some reviewers felt the scoop it came with was kind of flimsy. I haven't really had issues. Overall, this box has cut way down on the amount of litter my kitty kicks out and tracks. It's not 100% perfect, and I do have to sweep every day, but it's a lot better. The smell has not been an issue at all, but I scoop every day, and change out the litter entirely about once a week. I also use Tidy Cats Instant Action clumping litter, which I've found to be really great at controlling the smell.

We picked this up for a vacation since we needed a second litter box for our cat. We already had one in this style, so it made sense to stick with something familiar. This one is slightly smaller than our other one, but the cat didn’t seem to mind at all. One big advantage with this style—if you have a dog that likes to go “treat hunting” in the litter box, this design helps prevent that. It also feels easier to clean compared to a standard open box. Overall, worked out great for what we needed.

We have cats, but we also have dogs that think the cat box contains snacks (yuck). The best solution we have found is top entry litter boxes. I couldn't find one in any local stores so I took a chance online with this one. It fits perfectly in the area I wanted to put it in (they list dimensions and it is true to size). I've had no issues with the lid when I clean it. It does come with a scoop which isn't the best scoop but it does work. I would say this little box also has a nice aesthetic and won't look very offensive in your home. The holes in the top also help the litter to fall back down into the box as your cat exits so there is less mess on the floor. Of course our cats will just jump out and bypass the lid because they are jerks but I've still noticed much less litter on the ground vs regular front entry boxes. One struggle we've had is that our cats are large. One is a maine coon and the other is a chubby tuxedo who is just large overall, his mom must have been a panther (kidding...probably) but larger cats can be picky about small litter boxes but our big cats use this box no problem. I would recommend it.

I purchased this after throwing out a fancy top-entry litter box that turned out to be a nightmare to clean and was constantly leaking. I’ve had this new litter box for a month and I LOVE it!! It’s so easy to keep this area of my house clean!!! I love the high walls because my 1 year old cat likes to projectile pee out of the box and she’d track litter everywhere. I love top entry boxes and it’s a bonus that the lid has holes because it does a very good job at preventing tracking and keeping the litter where it’s supposed to be. Very little gets on the floor and I just dump any excess litter from the lid back into the box. Also, the lid is very secure and won’t fall into the litter like other boxes. Its a decent size and once you add the litter, I can’t imagine that this would ever topple over. I was worried about the scoop but I don’t think it’s as bad as the reviews let on. The holes on it could be smaller but it’s a really minor detail. The edge of the scoop is curved which is helpful for the oval box. IF you want to get a different scoop maybe keep that in mind but I really like everything as it is! As far as packaging goes, I had zero issues. It came in a normal cardboard box and inside, I the products was bagged but there was no sticky tape that was mentioned in other reviews. 10/10 would recommend.

I used non-clumping litter in a flat rectangular tray box for many years. Unfortunately, the price of this litter kept going up and supplies were getting harder to find. I finally decided to get my cat a new box and use the newer litter in preparation for the last bag of old litter. The old box is stained and something that is unusable for anything, so it is destined for disposal after a few decades of use. The new box is great! I dumped a full container of the new litter in and found the scooping wasn't as unpleasant as I thought. The cover captured a few grains of the litter in the top but nothing was spread beyond it. The cat has the privacy we all require, plus the bonus of a much cleaner box that doesn't retain the lingering odours that the old box emitted. My cat adapted easily since I placed the box in the same location as the old one. The area smells so much fresher and I no longer hear the complaints of a cat screaming for a litter change. Now that the transition is complete, we are both happier and if I ever need to move the box up from the basement there is no fear of litter being spread beyond the box. I'm in a house, but I think if I was in an apartment this item would be a necessity to maintain cleanliness. I highly recommend buying this; I bought the cheapest one because the colour didn't matter! It's increased by a few dollars but still worth getting!

Tengo 3 gatos de 3, 3,500 y 5 kg. Los 3 caben sin problema, se paran en la tapa parrilla, no tiran la arena cuando rascan, no se destapa la tapa fácilmente, es fácil de limpiar, se ve discreto y con líneas simples, mis gatos lo aman y yo también. Comprare 3 más!

We have ten cats, so two litter boxes were purchased. The hole is large enough for obese cats, or less agile ones. The entire litter box is slighly higher and wider than a spin mop bucket. The lid snaps snug and secure, and traps a lot of the loose litter from their feet. The rug beside both boxes shows virtually no litter even after day five. As for the floors leading out of the litter area, absolutely no comparison to how it was before. A quick sweep from the floor shows almost zero litter. Something I never imagined possible. As lightweight litter seems to be tracked easily onto furniture, you'll be amazed at the improvement to your life these boxes can make. While yes, it's a step up in price at first, when they virtually last a lifetime, it's impossible not to consider buying. I cannot stress just how amazing these litter boxes are. Again, and this from my experience with ten cats, using only lightweight litter. That itself is a test to how great they are, and the amazing results from active use.

It looks good and I think it's well made. It was on sale when I bought it so the price was right. I like the curved walls cuz it's easier to scoop the litter. I like the little hook on the lid so when I take it off to clean out the box I can hang it on the edge of the box. It does catch some litter - I can see it sitting on the part of the lid with the holes, and it's easy to sweep it back into the box from the lid. I do wish it was a little bit bigger. And yes I know the dimensions were provided - t's about the same size as the old open litter box. But because it's enclosed I can tell my cat feels a bit claustrophobic in it, and she doesn't cover up her waste as well as she used to in the old one. It's like she wants to get the heck out of it as quickly as possible after doing her business. If I knew then what I knew now I would have bought one that's just a little bit bigger in all three dimensions. And my cat is not big - she's about 10 lb at most.
