I’m not climbing any 14er’s or anything, but I often wake up with headaches living at 7k altitude. Like 4 xs a week. I tend to have intermittent breathing stops while asleep, but not bad enough for my insurance to approve a CPAP. So when I wake up with a headache, I take a few hits of my Boost oxygen and big glass of water to see if that takes care of the headache before grabbing Excedrine. It usually does the trick! Now for high alt hikers, I can’t help you with this review. I drive to the top for pictures if possible😂. There is no taste at all with the green bottles, which I prefer.

Straight up: This is NOT medical grade oxygen, but aviator's breathing oxygen. It's not designed for people with REAL breathing problems, but for those simply trying to catch their breath...in the short term - not long term. In the short term - it works fine. For instance, in my case: I skip rope with heavy ropes; two and three pound ropes. The workout takes my breath away. I take a long gulp from this Oxygen Booster....and it does the trick. It helps me catch my breath. I will sometimes take a long shot of this before I workout with the ropes, and it seems to give me a little bit extra energy during the workout. It is what it is. There's nothing more to it than that. Just be careful in purchasing these containers. They come in all different sizes. You might think you're getting a good deal on a set of these, but the cans/quantities themselves may be smaller! They come in 3 litre, 5 litre and 10 litre containers. So you may think you're getting a good deal on a set of 3...but you may be buying the much smaller 3 litre containers. Just keep that in mind!

I've been getting out of breath in this heat recently. Just a little activity causes breathing problems. So yesterday I used a can of Boost air and I could actually breathe! This stuff is the best for me.

My husband has some breathing issues. He keeps these handy we he needs an extra oxygen boost to level him out and catch up his oxygen intake until he can continue on his own. These are perfect for that. Be aware that the full canister feels empty. The fragrance choices help to keep tract of how much is left in the can. We believe it is money well spent for his current needs.

Cylindars are great for travel. Only draw back is in shipping no foam or packing in the box. They roll around in the box.

I’m 65, have to complete a physical exercise to keep my job, 1.5 mile run is part of the requirement. A few shots of Oxygen before I run seems to give me the Boost needed 👌

These are very light to carry. I use them if I’m going to travel to elevations or after a hard work out. Just makes me feel better.

I bought this product due to the fact I have just got over a bad chest infection & I suffer from COPD.My blood oxygen saturation levels have been red lining since the infection so I really thought it would be a good idea. The product did help to some extent however, the can clearly states there is enough oxygen for up to 150 inhilations. I have used it fully in accordance with the manufacturers printed instructions & yet I got less than 40 inhilations from the can. In my view this was a total waste of money & I certainly won't be buying this product again.
