These work great, but they do get corroded. Spray them with oil or lithium grease to prevent corrosion and they'll last longer.

I had no idea that a special clamp was needed on the pool/spa hose! I bought the hose at a my local hardware store and didn't see any of these in that area so I bought the normal hose clamp. I had a custom job with the pool/spa hose and everything seemed to be fine, no leaks. About a month later, I found water at both ends of the hose. The water worked its way trough the hose spiral! I quickly looked online and found these and after looking at them and reading others reviews, I knew these would solve my problem. Easy install and not one drip of water since they were installed.

Nothing more to say, only pool hose clamps I’ll ever use!

I like the design and look of these clamps so I decided to use them in a custom engine build. Everything was looking great until the top radiator hose. The lower hose OD is 2' and that size worked perfectly but could not go small enough for the slightly smaller upper hose. No problem, I'll just order the next smaller size (1.5")..... WRONG! Not only is there no overlap in the sizes, there's a considerable gap! Something I have never seen in my 50+ years of work experience.

POWERTEC 70214 Double Wired Hose Clamps. These double-wired hose clamps work much better than the traditional silver hose clamps. Great camps. Tip - get a ratchet screwdriver with a nutter attachment for these hose clamps. You can pick them up on Amazon for $10 to $20. The nutter screwdriver works much better than a flat head or Phillips screwdriver.
