Best Face Cover for Q3.... Unless...
You have a Halo head band.Default for Quest 3 is terrible.Besides the amazing headset itself, the face cover, head-band and batteries for Quest 3 are just not great... let us be honest they are not even good.So it is likely you will want to replace these weak parts with improvements. For Face covers there is very little wrong with this set, it is amoung the best. There are two types of covers, nand ose guard which is a tad annoying but the black out is awesome and the feel is great. Makes the standard headband much more tolerable.A bit of light bleeds from top but a thin black electric tape 100% fixes this if want, the reason this light is there is due to air vents, so great if can ignore the tiny tiny light showing. So where is the "unless" come into play if the Xover is so great? This is because the Forehead portion is much bigger than default Q3 Face cover. I tfeels so much more padded due to this increased size, and it is a most for this face cover but it is because it is bigger that it does not fit some halo style headbands.I did not know this size difference, so I feel I should warn others, make sure you check you current head band can support this face cover. The Face cover is made for Q3, but does not take Halo Head Bands into consideration. Now I have to decide the best Face Gaurd or the best Head band....

Pricey, but has some nice plus points.
It's nice but overpriced. I got a £5 off at checkout but even that doesn't ease the pricing much. It has to be said though that there aren't many (if at all) replacement interfaces that have ventilation slots and adjustments for setting up distance from lenses. I have the bobovr m3 pro strap and this interface does work with it. A bit fiddly but it does work ok.One thing though that must be mentioned. The interface does not have side clips to lock it in place. It won't just fall out though. You just have to press inwards on either side now and then. I'm 50/50 on this. I found those release clips bloody awkward but in a way I wish this interface had something similar to make it feel more secure. On the plus side it is more comfortable than the original interface. I can play for longer and using the ice silk cushion pad is less itchy than the other pu leather. I have allergies, so a little sensitive to some things. I have it on the lower setting and it does make for a better wider viewing. The nose guard is a pain to fit. Mine fell off before I even installed the interface. I had to take a few pics on my phone to remind me incase it happened again. This is my last accessory for my Q3. It's pricey yes (lost a ⭐ for that), but there are some nice things with this....Height adjustable, vented to reduce fogging and more comfy too. So I'll let the cost slip. Just be aware of the lack of side clips to secure it. Although I'm sure there's folk out there were this doesn't bother them. Recommended 👍

Can't fail to be impressed with this if you find the default facial interface hurts your face/head.
Default plate from new and for the first week of use was murdering my face. My wife didn't mind it, but to me, it was without doubt the most uncomfortable thing I've ever strapped to myself. Actual headache on my forehead after as little as 20 minutes. My 15-year-old daughter couldn't wear it for more than 15 minutes. In a nutshell, this fixes everything. It's how the device should have been out of the box. No light bleed. The nose pad is good. Reduced heat in the headset from the vents, which also let next to no light in.this thing caresses my face. I felt it was expensive when buying. Now i have it, I am happy I bought it.The way the foam can be swapped to cloth if you're watching a film or something is great. It's Velcro, so really easy. Not many reviewers made this clear.Don't set it on it's lowest setting as it will make you so close some people's noses touch. The middle depth setting is perfect and accommodated my glasses.I combined this with the AMVR quest strap and again. THIS is how it should have come from Meta.100% more usable to more people. It's comfortable as hell combined with the facial interface and very light but secure. If like me, you have been looking at reviews for days, deciding which head strap will solve your comfort issues. Buy this faceplate and the AMVR headstrap. And never ever have to think about it ever again :)

Everything you need
The Quest 2 was an embarrassment of riches when it comes to accessories, and unfortunately none of the many accessories for that are compatible with the new Quest 3 headset, and companies have been surprisingly slow to bring new accessories to market. VRCover for one are conspicuous by their absence.Thankfully one of the few available facial interfaces is also everything you would want it to be (except for coming in a choice of colours!) The AMVR Facial Pad is comfortable and well ventilated - I haven't had any problems with lenses fogging up even when using the nose light-blocker. It's roomy enough to accommodate glasses, albeit snug at the sides, and the frame is adjustable to change the distance between the eyes and lenses, also handy for glasses wearers. It has two different face cushions included, one made of an easily wipe-clean PU leather and the other a fabric similar to the default Quest 3 one, and it's easy to swap these whenever you want as they're attached by velcro.I don't have the official charging dock myself, but the description says it's not compatible with this so that's something to take into consideration. It does add extra bulk compared to the default facial interface, but it's all for a good reason.
