One of the best lockers available in the market it has features that even Godrej does not give in a 30,000 compable safe this has got features like Wi-Fi connection remote unlock notifications on mobile complete audit trail on mobile there are couple of very smart features which others have missed like when the door is unlocked it automatically comes out which means that the door is unlock and you can easily open it which even in Godrej doesn't have like that like wise when you close the door it automatically locks but in Godrej and other brands you have to press the door and then you have to press hash on to the keypad to lock it is one of the most feature rich and intuitive safe that I have found in the market and trust me you can go for it without even thinking this is the best in the market but strangely it is very less celebrated

The safe doesn't get locked. The master key doesn't go into the key hole. The motor seems stuck! Took 3 weeks for the installation guy to turn up.. Raised a complaint, been 3 days now, but nobody has turned up till now. Buy at your own risk, low quality product, bad service. Update after 2.5 months: The faulty locker has been taken back. It has been almost 3 weeks. No update on the replacement yet, still waiting. Update after 1 year: There was a mixup after my safe was taken back. They redelivered the same returned safe back to me instead of sending it to their warehouse or wherever! It was in a totally destroyed condition, dents all over, metal torn, paint totally peeled off! After multiple follow ups, i got a new piece delivered and it's been about 1 year since. No issues until now, just that the batteries were totally dead today.

Very good locker with latest features that is best suited within a locker. Only one improvement scope is to focus on buid quality- Thickness of outer body should be more more rugged i.e. sturdy construction

This is a horrible and unstable product with almost no clear way for support. I made the grave mistake of buying it via Amazon and viola, it didn’t work! Imagine a safe whose levers do not lock! That’s what this safe is. For 3 days, I was forced to make multiple calls between Amazon customer care (who misguided me), Ozone technical support who informed that the product is broken and needs replacement and then Ozone sales, that offered me no easy way out. One makes these purchases looking at the product brand name and that of the market place but imagine your plight when both refuse to support first time round, which is the most basic expectation when your product is defective. My advice in the end, put your precious wares in bank locker than buying this black box as you don’t know if and when it’ll hang you out to dry. Make this purchase at your own risk.
