Great product
This is an amazing app if yoir car is newer and has the correct systems to be utilised, this has saved me and my family plenty of money, the diagnostic is accurate when used, I have been able to change settings on my car. There are 2 ways to use the app, one is free for basic diagnostic which is OK does the job to give codes. The other is to pay a membership and utilise the full app, the yearly price is less than one diagnostic at a garage, the extra features are good. Works on my bmw, audi and my brothers VW. Car list is growing alot.

Decent product
Best OBD2 reader for price you pay. Subscription is bit pricey if you only using to customise your car settings.

Does what you expect
It’s a reliable and useful tool for my car. It works quickly and it works well. Really simple to use app.The month free trial helps when setting your car up, but it’s a shame that the subscription is quite as expensive as it is. £10 a month seems a little steep! It’s quite an expensive tool in the first place and can’t do much outside of what you can do in the menus. If I was servicing at home it then it would be more useful. The majority of the features can be used with a £15 OBD2 reader, just some extra bits available. Check what is available for your car before you purchase. If you like what you can do, then it’s a great tool for doing it.

Worked perfectly
Purchased this mainly to pair a new TPM sensor for my Lexus is300h. Got the sensors for a fraction of the price of what a garage or main dealer wanted. But had trouble finding anyone to pair it to my car, so decided to do it my self. Easy to do and has other uses. It will also work on my wife's car. Yes there is a subscription to pay on the app, but when totaling it up when I inevitably have to replace the other 3 sensors at some point it is still a far cheaper way to do it.

Okay for the price.
Ok for basic use on basic fault finding,

Useless without subscription
It's a shame Amazon don't show "most recent" reviews first by default - if they did I would have not purchased this, even with the discounted price of £44I'd seen this had free lifetime diagnostics and so when the price was discounted I quickly jumped on it. Only to find that they ended that recently and the company is committed to its subscription model. This is a response to a query I sent them confirming this:Hello [removed],Thank you for reaching out! We removed the free trial on October 30th, and the lifetime diagnostics offer has ended and is no longer available. However, you can still explore all the app's features before purchasing a subscription.By connecting your car, you can check if there are any fault codes and see what live data, customizations, and service tools are available for your vehicle. Please note, that a subscription is only required if you want to:View the full description of fault codes and reset themAccess advanced live dataUse service toolsChange customizationsAs for the removal of the free trial, this decision was made to maintain the quality and sustainability of our service. It allows us to continue improving the app, adding new features, and ensuring the best possible experience for all users. We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!Ali AbdinCustomer Support @ CaristaAdmittedly they responded in the same day so I can't fault them for that but it's pointless to only show you have a fault when you probably already know that! And to clear it or do anything else requires a subscription - it's a no from me as it offers nothing over the cheap units.

Handy tool ,but with flaws
Downloaded the app and managed to buy this at a discount.First thing is it's small, but feels sturdy.Plugged it in on my car and I was up and running in seconds. It has blue and red flashing lights when you plug it in then just redNot sure what this means.Instructions not really clear.Note . It does clear airbag warning lights.. once you've actually fixed the fault,if not the warning light will just return.I've taken the free trial offer, but will cancel as I don't think it's worth nearly £50 a year.Menu on the app and ease of use is good and a doddle to clear fault codes and customise interior lights/engine settings. One word of warning.. it drained my battery quite quickly,so don't leave it on long with just the ignition light on!My car battery is Virtually new as well.I now leave the engine running when I plug it in and all seems fine!Handy tool which I recommend, but not sure about the yearly subscription.7/10
