The photos of the purple fabric in the listing are not the photos of the fabric. The purple fabric i received are both darker and more blue. It is closer to the navy blue color of my bedding than the pinky purple color that was shown (similar to the felt pouch in my photo). I can use if for something just not the project i had originally planned. It does look more purple in person than my photo shows
