Great value and setup.
Computer is everything I needed to work from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Setup was perfect and the seller took the time to help answer all my questions and concerns once it was received.

computer did not work
Package arrived on timeWhen the dual computer was hooked up the monitors didnt connect to the desktop (tower). The power button on 1 of the monitors is jammed in, making it hard to power on. These computers are supposed to be certified refurbished, that couldn't have happened. I have paid for and delivered a defected computer that won't even cut on. I trusted the reviews below that's why I ordered from this company, but they have but me in a bind. I had a project to begin when I ordered, I've had to go to BEST BUYand purchase a brand new computer which was very expensive. On top of the $195 I've spent on their computer that does not work. So now I'm responsible to pack all of this back up & ship back.SO EXHAUSTING & A WASTE OF MONEY!

Wonderful so happy I made this purchse
Just got this in the mail today and I’m so excited with how well It runs. Computer speed is super fast and perfect for a work from home job due to covid-19. I have a friend who is gonna make this purchase too thank you for a wonderful and easy set up product

Okay.
The computer worked well. No complaints aside from the fact that you have to spend hours updating it after you receive it. It is somewhat inconvenient that the computer is not sent ready to use.

Unfortunately
I bought this for work and unfortunately I was disappointed. Of course I read over the product description and it stated it came with everything I needed it for . Unfortunately upon on arrival that was not the case . It was missing a port and the bottom of one of the screens is cracked/broken.I had to return the product and had to pay $120 for the return . I wasted money, which I needed, and that’s why I’m upset .

Great bundle poor quality for one of them...
The computers were a little banged up and one was encrypt we had to get it fixed..

Desktop is great, does everything I need flawlessly!!
Customer Service technician "Mike" was awesome. He was very professional and new what he was doing so that I could get my cpu up and running right.

Monitor cord
Minor problem with monitor cords, but they replaced it asap. Awesome
