Good quality product, excellent customer service

The product is very nice and honestly a little higher quality than I expected. I'm not sure whether it was my fault or theirs but somehow my package came with only suspenders, but I didn't realize until a few days later so I may have accidentally thrown the bow tie out still in the packaging. Upon contacting the seller, even though the wedding I was in was only a couple days away, they sent me a replacement bow tie with expedited shipping. They were very accommodating and professional.
