2 or 3 a day I've chosen to take 2, one with breakfast one with evening meal the capsule is on the large size but still easy to take because of the shape time will tell if they work no flavour or smell to these

I like that these capsules come in a bag rather than a container, as for the size of the capsules it would need to be a large container. These are made in the UK, so are to GMP regulations so I know there isn’t anything in them that shouldn’t be. The capsules are large black gel type, I haven’t had a problem swallowing them but they are large so if you struggle with large tablets these probably aren’t going to be for you. The dose is 3 per day so it’s a lot if you don’t like large tablets although I do believe you can take the liquid from the middle and leave the outer part.I have taken the whole 2 months and honestly haven’t noticed much of any difference in my body or weight despite dieting and exercising but I didn’t experience any side effects and I have lost some weight. At the current time the price is good for the 2 month supply.

These are good quality soft gel capsules, arriving with no deformation or leakage and just like other products I've tried of the same type. The recommended supplement is three capsules, which is 3000mg of Safflower oil, or 2,400mg of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). They come in a resealable plastic packet as many bulk supplements do. This generally makes the packaging much lower and more environmentally friendly - the same quantity when in a plastic bottle is huge so I do prefer this. You can always transfer them to another container if you really need to.They are not vegan as they do use bovine gelatine, should that be an issue for you. 1000mg capsules (of all types I've had) are quite large so if you do have problems swallowing, you need to bear that in mind. Technically you can, and I have, chewed the before now but obviously then you're going to taste the oil. Otherwise, I noticed no taste to the capsules.One small criticism I do have is that the packet is labelled 3000mg quite boldly, rather than 1000mg/capsule. It's just conceivable that you'd read that on the image, and ignore that the product name says 3,000 mg/1,000 mg per capsule. You will need to take three capsules to get the does but that is normal.I'm perfectly happy with the product though, and would buy it again in the future.

It contains 1g of safflower oil per soft gel. I'd rather the softgels weren't caramel because of the sugar but it's not the end of the world. I tend to chew them to get the CLA out of them then spit out the soft gels. They give me a sore throat for about 5 mins afterwards. I get this with some CLA supplements, some more than others. Only a couple of CLA supplements I had tried have not given me a sore throat, so I guess me having some mild allergy to them is an average performance for me. So they are ok but would try something else next time. If you don't have this issue then they are a great buy.

CLA is an omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid found in meat and dairy products and taking supplements of this are thought to reduce body fat deposits and increase immunity although I'm not sure this has been fully scientifically proven.The product itself provides 180 capsules to be taken 3 times per day with meals for a total of 2400mg of CLA which is within safe levels. At the recommended dose this is a 2 month supply. CLA is one of those supplements that can be bad for you if taken in excess. The capsules are quite large but are still easy to swallow and I have had no issue in doing so or experienced any after-effects from this product. They use a bovine gelatine capsule so are not suitable for vegetarians.Overall I think these are a good value source of CLA but only time will tell if they have any positive effects on reducing body fat deposits.

Being softgels these capsules are easy to swallow and further with them being softgels the body find them easy to breakdown and digest.I have taken this CLA supplement daily first thing in the morning before breakfast for the past four days. The capsules have no immediate taste or any aftertaste and I personally have not suffered from any side effects after consuming this product.These CLA supplements are derived from Safflower oil with an 80% CLA purity (daily suggested serving of 3,000mg provides 2,400mg of pure CLA – per pack front). Please refer to photo of back of pack for full ingredients.One thing to point out is that the bag contains 180 softgel capsules and states on the front that each serving provides 2,400 mg of pure CLA. A ‘Serving’ is based on consuming 3 softgel capsules in a one day period so the actual quantity of pure CLA per softgel capsule is 800 mg. This also means that if you take the capsules at a rate of 3 per day per the recommended serving the pack will last for 60 days (and not for 180 days).Other points of note are that the capsules are not GMO (genetically modified) or allergen free. They are also not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. In addition, as before taking any supplement please consult with a healthcare professional before taking (see photo of back of pack).I am giving this a 4 star rating and would recommend. As above the capsules are very easy to swallow and at the price on sale at the time of writing the review they offer very good value. Would have given 5 star rating but for the additional ingredients (see photo of ingredients) and due to the best before date being only 11 months away form when I received the item (typically supplements should have around a 2 year expiry).

CLA has long been accepted as beneficial to those who are following a balanced diet and training regime to reduce bodyfat. This supplement is exactly as advertised, it's difficult to evaluate exactly how effective it is but it does seem to be exactly as advertised so I have no reason to think it won't work as intended.
