After breast cancer surgery, the only problem with driving is the seat belt--and you need to wear it. This little pillow is the perfect size and has two velcro closures to attach to your seat belt. Yes, it comes with a clip and you need to use the clip so the seat belt retracts only to where you want it to. It's easy. It's a tiny gift to yourself and takes the pressure off your incisions so you can drive. You will love it. I used it for about four weeks. But it felt so good, I wanted to keep it attached. The passenger seat belt is another issue and using one there would be helpful also-depending on the side of your surgery. I did get a pillow from the surgeon, and it was a cute little heart, but too big for driving safely and it kept sliding around. The little pillow stays put but you can move it around easily for comfort.

Bought this for post surgery for Cardiac Implant Device 4 months ago. Use it still and appreciate the padding for device . i need to adjust it though, each time i put in on and off. I don't see a way around this as seatbelt retractor means it cannot stay without impairing proper retraction. i have learned to do this automatically now and all is fine. i canlt see other belt cushions were be any different. Very glad i bought this
