Sandicast Sculpture, Mid Size, White

I swear the photo in the listing was taken at the worst possible angle because it looks SIGNIFICANTLY better in person and MUCH cuter. I held off on buying it for months trying to find something with a more dachshund-looking face, but it's right on the money and I wasted so much time that I didn't need to. If you need a small figurine of a dachshund for incredibly specific reasons, just buy one of these and save yourself the trouble.I don't know why it's so hard to find one of these that doesn't look like it just looked into the ark of the covenant, but it would seem like most people making these things started sculpting after only ever hearing about dachshunds vaguely in passing at a coffee shop once at 3am 7 years ago.

I bought 2 of these for my daughters in remembrance our our beloved 17 year old Hunter Girl. They will sit nicely in their rooms along with a photo of our puppy.

Love the detail with the exception it needs a little faded black mixed into the wrapped around the tail. My wife can do this as she use to paint folk art etc. Has pads on bottom for furniture sitting and weight is perfect as my application will be as a grave monument on a cut off light pole approx. 4" above ground line. Perfect size for an 8" diameter pole application. My "Little Buddie" of 15yrs is buried there and finally found what I was looking for! I plan on purchasing another if they become available again. The packing was excellent as surrounded by formed Styrofoam. I recommend this product!!!The next one will bee a furniture piece as a reminder as the swell times we had together.

I like it but it very small.

Beautiful small figurine. Used it as part of a small memorial for one of our dachshunds we recently lost. The figurine actually looks nicer than the picture that comes with the product description.

I really love the detail, but not the color! It's supposed to be a red dachshund, but looks awful dark brown. The package even says dachshund, red!

I looked and looked for something that resembled Harley. He has cancer and I'm having him cremated when the time comes and this will set on top of his urn.

This little dachshund is so cute and I just love him. Perfect little dog.
