I am confused as to why there are several poor reviews for this item. I ordered the 2mm stone as I wanted to graduate from the 1 mm stone stud I have worn for years. For the price, the quality is very good. It came pre-bent in the "L" shape and fits my nose and piercing perfectly. As for the reviews saying that their stud snapped in half, 22 gauge is very small and a bit delicate, so maybe practice caution when adjusting the bend, if it is needed. I will be buying this same stud in other genuine stones. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I got this to switch out from my original piercing jewelry because I felt it would heal better being that it’s gold; and I was not disappointed. This was snug getting on at first but is a perfect fit once it was in. It’s pretty and dainty. Definitely would recommend buying. So glad I purchased this.

Diamond was bigger than expected. Appears to be pretty decent quality just doesn't lay. As flat as I would like, it too on the nose

Love the look but snags on everything

It’s the perfect size and my personal favorite! No reaction to the fact that it’s 100% 14K White Gold!! Others use lower grade materials and try to pass it off as white gold! This in fact is! I’ve had ZERO skin reaction to this ring!!

Nice but the inside pin is too long it shows from the nose

It's a nice size, but unfortunately it does not sit flush to the nose and sticks out quite a bit, so unfortunately I have found it catches on clothing and when washing, so I have to remove it. Items like these need to be flat so they don't stick out - lesson learned!
