Product description The Introduction of Led PCB's Back Side The Introduction of Led PCB's Front Side The Introduction of Led Pins Soldering 5mm RGB LED into PCB' Front Side Step1 Insert the 5mm RGB LED pins into the PCB circuit board following the direction shown in the image, making sure not to reverse the connection. Then, solder the LED onto the circuit board, trim the excess pins. Step2 Secure four copper pillars with screws onto the first layer of the PCB circuit. Next, connect the 'DI' input terminal of the first layer to the 'DO' output terminal of the second layer using a single-pin header (as shown in the diagram). Step3 Then, fasten the second layer onto the first layer using copper pillars. Repeat this process, completing the assembly from top to bottom. Turn on Led Cube's Lights (Method One) Use alligator clips to connect the copper pillars VIN and GND as the power input terminals. Insert a jumper wire into the "DI" input terminal of the 5th layer to turn on the LED cube lights. Turn on Led Cube's Lights (Method Two) Depending on the operating environment, you can also use jumper wires to connect the ‘V’, ‘G’, and ‘I’solder pads of the fifth layer to turn on the LED cube lights. And then you can 3D-printed a small base for this cube, in which you can place the controller (ESP32) and which allows you to connect the cube with a simple USB/C connector. Review: just annoying and doesn't work - hard to test, you (probably) need to solder all 25 to each matrix just to test the matrix, I returned it for the neopixel version that doesn't use single LEDS. Testing the bulbs individually showed that none of them are working, not sure if its because they need to be in a finished circuit or because they are defective, but the neopixel version is much better.

hard to test, you (probably) need to solder all 25 to each matrix just to test the matrix, I returned it for the neopixel version that doesn't use single LEDS. Testing the bulbs individually showed that none of them are working, not sure if its because they need to be in a finished circuit or because they are defective, but the neopixel version is much better.

ESP32 for a brain and WLED as the software. 3D led cubes are difficult with a lot of solder joints. mapping WLED 2D effects to a 3D layout is pretty straight forward.
