Very good. I have bad teeth and these have a light air crunch instead of that hard dense. Highly recommend if you want a great flavor and light crunch.

Which is better, the texture or the taste? They’re very crunchy, that’s for sure, but they don’t put jackets on your teeth— that was my major peeve with the corn nuts of yore. These deliver a really great texture without clogging clinginesss. But let’s get real: the flavor. Yes, there’s citrusy tartness and lovely chile depth, richness, breadth, and tingle. They deliver the zing of a tajin rim with the earthiness and sweetness of corn to back it up and give depth and power. In short, they’re all that I hoped for and much more and I’m telling my friends and family AND bringing some to family in Europe this summer to shut them up for all time on the subject of who has the best snack food. This right here is my nomination. Plus, of course, they’re a whole grain, hence fiber and minerals. Which nobody cares about when discussing snack food.Bottom line here, think cocktail snacks, esp. with margaritas or anything else with a lime note, and garnish for any kind of salad that wants a textural boost and a hint of wildness. Crush them and you’ll get the kind of crust people fight for on macaroni and cheese. On your soup instead of croutons. Or just, like, everywhere other than, perhaps, desserts. Although who knows?

All though a little dry, these corn nuts make for a great snack when traveling or camping.

Flavor was not as strong as I expected, because all the other corn nuts I've eaten but still was very good. Texture of the corn nuts is awesome. Not crunchy hard. The crunch is not the typical corn nuts that I am used to. I love the texture of these.I want Hondo recommend them and price is good as well.

it needs a little bit more flavor, chili and lime. Definitely has the color

Believe the reviews that say these aren't good, I wish I had. Total waste of money as they can't be returned and taste of rancid oil so I will be throwing them away. I understand they aren't corn nuts brand but didn't expect the foul taste of rancid oil. Rancid oil smells so company that makes them had to know they were using bad oil and just didn't care! Stay away from this product and don't waste your money.

Not my cup of tea, the taste wasn't there for me. Didn't have much of a flavor of "chili lime" but tasted plenty of oil, which I thought was weird. They are significantly smaller than other corn nut brands as well. I personally didn't like them and won't be buying or eating them again.
