I ordered this bike after doing a lot of research and seeing a few in my town. I paid $1000 even with shipping and tax and I fell I got the most quality in the price tier. The bike came almost ready to ride which is nice and as a bike mechanic I can tell the assembly was done well. I always double check on new bikes. Even the brakes were set properly. I did have some battery issues which can happen from even the best brands not the sellers fault. They helped me remedy the issue very quickly, shout out to Anne, you’re a rockstar!

Wiring in motor and axle made very poorly with extremely thin gauge wire. Almost impossible to repair and local Dealers do not honor any warranty on Amazon purchases . Wheel cracked after less than 40 miles . Overall poor quality and poor customer service

Love it more than any motorcycle I’ve ever owned..forks and tires are not the best but everything you wouldn’t upgrade (frame battery, motor) are amazing, breaks are shimanos entry level they do the trick.if you don’t ride like a lunatic. It goes 30 mph easy and 35 under the right circumstances

Do not buy! Broke within the first 6 months. Now 4 months later I am still looking for a shop to work on it since every shop says they can't get parts. Buy something reputable it will be worth the extra money to know it can be fixed. If you do decide to buy this anyway GET THE WARRANTY! Trust me.

(Update Aug 2024): the seller has since been super responsive. They shared videos on how to fix the brakes and is shipping brake parts to fix the bike. I really appreciate their help, and looking forward to receiving the partsReally disappointed with the bike. I bought this in Dec 2023 for my son, and the brakes stopped working in less than 6 months of minimal use. He just uses it to go around the neighborhood. Now it’s unusable since it’s unsafe to ride.I requested the seller and Amazon for help with brakes replacement- with no response at all, since it’s past 90 days of purchase. I will not be making these large purchases on Amazon again

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of the upgraded dirt bikes for my son, and I have not opened the second one yet. However here is what it looks like out of the box, my 12yo was able to set it up all by himself within 1 hour, by scanning the code and watching videos. I am just upset that the bike did not come with the pair of glasses or bike lock. It runs really smooth so far. He rode it today for about two hours. Brakes are very hard to squeeze so it slows down very slow not rapid. But it prevents it from skidding. Runs 37 mph

I absolutely love this ebike! I weigh 276 and I'm really impressed with the speed , power and range.

Happy with the product and REALLY impressed with the seller. I contacted them and got a quick response. Several ideas and answers came easy and with respect.I recommend this company and will purchase another ebike for my daughter
