Miracle tablets
I don’t know how or why these work, but they do. I usually get sick an hour into my visits to Colorado. I can’t step foot into that state without of these. They work and taste good, too

Literally saved my work trip
Went on a work trip and I was so glad I brought these. I'm used to 1000 above sea level and was at 8000-9000 consistently for a week. First two days I did good. Took one when I woke up, one mid morning, one mid after noon and one with dinner. On Wednesday I failed and into Thursday had a panic attack, felt nauseated etc. Was worried id miss my meetings. Took one Thursday morning and it made everything better. I made sure I was consistent the rest of the trip. I will never not have these with me.

Incredible!!
Took these the day before Acatenago (4k meters elevation gain) and then again on the morning-of… all of my group but 1 person who took them had zero symptoms! Seriously incredible!

Decent product I think.
Bought these for my trip to Colorado and had some seriously bad altitude sickness. I took these and a handful of other supplements and they seemed to help a bit. Can't speak of this product specifically since I was taking a few. But the cocktail worked well. I do have to say that the flavor was pretty bad. That was the worst part for me.

Hydrating with flavor & helpful ingredients - my push to drink more
"Keep Hydrated" I've heard it for years. Well, these tablets give me a little variety beyond 'just drinking plain water'. I found the strawberry flavor to be somewhat too strong in the measurement they suggest, so I had to 'water it down'. I guess, that pushed me to drink even more. I am glad that (fake) dyes were not in the ingredients. The carrying case for the 20 tablets is good and strong, but I wish it came with a small case for 3 or 4 tablets - a more practical size for a day out. My first Denver day, I was feeling light-headed and not quite right, but I then started with the tablets (& extra water) and quickly went back to my normal. I am happy with my purchase.

Did not work
I tried this product the patches and the summit tablets at the same time and it did not work. I went to Peru for two weeks. Cusco was at the highest altitude, I followed the directions abut these items did not work. Unfortunately there is no return policy so now I have these items that do not work. If you want something to help with your altitude sickness get stuff from your doctor. These supplements did not work. Save your money.

Don’t Think It Worked
We went to Cusco Peru (Machu Pechu) and we got to almost 12,000 feet. We did what they say and took the night before leaving Lima (at sea level). We then took in the morning at breakfast again before leaving. We got to Cusco and felt the same as others that took nothing. A bit light headed, poor balance and felt poorly. I understand there is a medicine called Diamax (excuse my spelling) which works but is a diuretic. Good luck!Update- that night I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I was very sick. Got IVs, meds and was there for 14 hours to get stabilized. 3 days later I was very sick again. This time worse. I had gotten at one point to 16,000 ft on the bus ride.My point is altitude is no joke. On our tour of 27 people most have gotten sick and maybe a third skipped events. If you plan on over 10,000 ft see your doctor first, get cleared and quality meds.BTW my hats offf to the manufacturer. They saw my initial review and were kind enough to refund me what I paid. Very classy.

It must contain caffeine.
I took it when I went to high altitude area. It caused me palpitations and sleeping difficulties. I throw it away.
