I was worried it would be an eye sore but it actually looks good and works great for the in-laws.

Easy installation. Provides great support

We bought two of these, one for each side of the toilet for a more permanent solution for my mother. The pros: Extremely sturdy when installed into studs. The padded bar is much more comfortable for her to use than the metal and plastic she had previously.Now the cons: the anchors that come with it don't work at all. They don't even open. So we tried our own plastic ones first, but it was still too loose. We ended up purchasing metal toggle anchors. Second con, it's challenging to install the top bar screws because the metal plate cover can only slide a few inches from the screw holes due to the padding. Also, it would be nice if the screw hole plate could turn in order to easily grab a stud, but that's a small detail. We purchased another grab bar at the same time and it conveniently turned so we were able to guarantee two screws in the stud.Overall this is a very great option and good price, just a few things I wish we'd been prepared for that would have made installation less painful.

The packaging is so poor that I received this item with the foam cut by the post. This is not a cheap item just treated cheap by the manufacturer. I can’t really review the product as to use.

I wanted these Handicap Grab Bars installed in our bathroom for toilet safety. My husband installed this product for me. We realized that our thick tile flooring and wall tile needed a heavy drill with concrete drill bits for screwing holes—to secure the screws.Please note: I believe that one must have some skills in order to install this 24" toilet handrail product. The part that screws into the floor should be carefully installed in order to not puncture or damage the floor.Additionally, this product is made with the highest quality for safe handrails, and I like the cushioned bars.If you're interested in purchasing a high-quality handicap grab bar, I recommend this product for you.
