Perfectly working and does the job.
My new Samsung TV doesn't have aux/headphone out. So I wanted to connect optical out from TV to my old 2.1 speakers. This device converted optical out from TV to analog/headphone out signal so that I could connect my old 2.1 speakers. The product does the job as mentioned.Optical cable and USB power cable included in the box. Included usb power cable can be connected to USB port of TV for power requirement of the device.(No aux cable included)

Extremely Disappointed with Recent Amazon Service Experience
I'm extremely disappointed with Amazon's customer support. This is the fifth time I’ve had a frustrating experience, and honestly, it's unacceptable. I replaced a faulty item, and yet no one has come to pick it up or deliver the replacement. The product worked for barely an hour before it stopped functioning entirely.I’ve always trusted Amazon, but over the past two years, the service has noticeably declined. For the first time, I’ve given Amazon a poor rating—and it’s completely justified. I’m genuinely angry and disappointed with how things have been handled.

Works nicely, comes with two cables. One is optical and the other is USB that can be plugged into any mobile phone charger. It converts optical out from TV to RCA cable and plays through my amp. Bought today, hence can’t comment on longevity.Some tips for future users:As mentioned, keep the TV audio out in PCM format.Someone mentioned “low volume” that’s likely because they kept the cable box volume down. The audio output is not controlled by TV volume button, but by the cable’s remote. There was no volume loss.
