I have used the granite coated pots before. My last set lasted better than five years. The handles were falling off but they were still fairly non stick.So of course I went with what I knew.I looked at so many sets and this was a clear winner.First, I didn't pay more for a bunch of unnecessary utensils. I got everything I needed without all the junk.And they are beautiful. The pictures don't do them justice. The handles are amazing. Not real wood but you can't tell. Solid craftsmanship here.They aren't thin or flimsy.And the best part, they are truly non stick.My husband was amazed when I used the big skillet to make smothered pork chops.It was quite dirty when I was finished and he watched me wash it all away just rinsing under the faucet.I said now this is why you bought me this set. Looks like I never used them.Now to make them last, I never put them in the dishwasher. After washing and drying, I take a second to wipe them inside with a paper towel with a dime size drop of vegtable oil. Not to make them greasy, just a very thin coating that absorbs into the surface. I don't even have to do it every time. Used daily, once or twice a week.You will love these as much as I do.Saves time and money.

This pot and pan set is made of excellent quality that looks and cooks amazing on our new induction cooktop. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend this set!

The pots and pans look to be high quality. However, the bottom of the pans discolor very easily and the handles keep coming unscrewed no matter how many times I tighten it up. They also chip and scratch very easily even though we do not use any hard utensils while cooking. One skillet actually came with a chip in the side. The nonstick coating is effective. There are many different sizes and variety in this set which is very useful and appreciated.
