Great buy
Little pricey but works great. Can do my own injections now. I use 3ml syringes for intramuscle and it holds them very well and barely feel it. A+

Broke on my second use
Worked great the first time when I was loading the syringe the second time one of the pieces that held the syringe in broke off!

Update** My pharmacy ran out of syringes somehow, and I realized I could order them from Amazon. I got the same size, but from a different company and they fit perfectly in this tool!! Goodbye to 80% of my needle anxiety. โโโโโโโ Like the video review, I have a 3ml syringe and it sits so loose in the device lock that I donโt trust it to stay solid and not just jab me slightly when I pull the triggerโฆ If I twist the syringe to have it held in the lock better, it sits at an angle that wonโt allow the needle to go through. Also, the instructions are only in Russian, so get ready to use a phone to translateโฆ

it can work
it is bad design gun , but it can work great if you modify it as I did , Also you must elevate under sirimg as shown in picture . Or siring would not be stright . Then it works perfect it took me 2 hours to modify it , to hold siring . see the picture ,

Does not work
I bought this hoping it would work to help me give my husband an injection. First of all, the instructions are not in english; I am not sure what language it is in, I could translate the instructions. Since I do not know what language to use I cannot translate with google translate. This device is poorly made :-(. It does come with 3mm & 5mm change thing to I guess change your needle from 3mm to 5mm. But I am not sure how to do this. They do not instruct on how to change from 5mm to 3mm. Whoever made this should have put a mechanism on top in place to hold the syringe. So it is dangerous. Since the whole thing does not make sense I will be returning it.
