I use primarily in my basement and net. Helps to create a smooth and "impactful" swing. If not, you know immediately due to spraying the ball (usually right). I alternate with another mid iron from my set and you can feel the clubhead and a better timed swing.

For me...IT WORKS. I achieve a very productive, relaxed tempo swing.

I used the club for a couple of weeks, and it started out as a decent training aid. Soon the club became so unstable that it was impossible to use. The shaft had broken down below the grip, and would not even support the weight of the club head without twisting about 90 degrees. I called, then emailed LagShot customer support asking for a refund or a replacement. Received an automatic response that they would look into it. Sent support pic & video, and 4 follow up emails. Six weeks later...no response to any of my correspondence. The 30 day return window had just closed when the club broke.

The club does help learn the lag but the club broke right under the grip. When customer service was contacted they only offered to give a 50% discount on buying another lag shot club. Now after reading that others have had the same problem I have decided not to give the company anymore of my money to avoid the experience of it happening again.CLTH

Wow! Purchased this recently and have found it to really improve my swing! First couple of swings really highlight any defects in your swing. As you start to swing correctly, you can see the effect in the flight of the ball! Plan on making this my primary tool on the practice range!!

I bought the Lagshot XL because I’m 6’4” and my regular clubs are 1.5” longer than standard. Works like a dream to give you the right feel. Used it for 2-3 weeks indoors & at the simulator. After practicing with it my iron shots have become straight as an arrow. Hopefully it translates to the course once the weather improves.
