Great instruction and explanations of pranic breathing exercises
It was easy to follow the instructions in the book, and I enjoyed the explanations around the purpose of different breaths. I had experienced some of theses breaths in yoga, but wasn't aware of what they were good for. I think this is a Great book, with clear instructions, and it will make you feel real good.

Practical, written concisely and at hand…
A practical guide, written concisely and at hand, if you forget something until you get into your routine, you can immediately find in the guide everything you need for any breathing exercise structurally described there. After only 3 days of practice, you become calmer, more focused and I personally got rid of a back pain on this occasion. I highly recommend

Simple language, easy instructions & nothing fancy
When I found this book in Amazon, I was thinking that this would be another book with all Sanskrit jargons but Advait broke it all down to simple terms and easy language that both me, mom and Grandma could follow. We all are benefitting out of this book and we three gen women want to thank you for teaching us this magic called pranayama!Especially the caution and benefits sections are really helpful . We all take breathing for granted and only after showing interest in pranayama, I have started to notice how I breathe. These pranayama techniques help me get through my vinyasa practices with ease and clears my head. Thank you for enabling that! Wish you gave us a pranayama schedule printable or something with the book for tracking our progress. Keep up the good work.

self love and love for humanity
I have been in recovery for a little over 6 months now. In addition to meetings, fellowship and working the 12 Steps, Yoga has been a vital part of my recovery. In my spiritual readings, I have discovered that Yoga is step by step change, self love and love for humanity, it is most importantly a way of becoming one with the Creator. Therefore, for me Yoga is recovery/ sobriety. At the foundation of life is breath--the essence of life. This book gave me the reinforcement to strengthen my Yoga practice, my recovery, decrease my anxiety, and I have felt the overall affects in my life. The book is laid out in a practical manner with good visuals. It is relatively easy to follow. Thank you!

Short read, basics.
Insructions on how to do some different practices. However, doesn’t explain the science behind them. It’s a good introduction if you’re just looking for something very basic.

Great book!
I have been trying a new breathing exercise each day and have already found some ones I love and do each day. So far, I’ve felt much calmer and more centered. None of the exercises so far is very time consuming so I can easily fit in 3 to 4 new or repeat ones each day. With all the Coronavirus going around, I want to keep my lungs and body healthy and I really feel this helps. Additionally, the explanations are simple and easy to follow.

Simple yet valuable guide
I learned years ago about the value of breathing. It is something that all of us do, yet give little thought to its process. Most people do not even think about breathing and most people do not understand the full potential of something we take for granted. I learned the basic yoga breath many years ago, but never went any farther with a more intense practice of the many ways in which one can benefit from simple techniques. I have only begun to explore this book and I have already gained value from it's contents. Simple guide that is easy to understand and well worth the cost to better one's life.
