A Joy to Use
Treated myself to a decent knife when all my small, sharp knives started disappearing to do jobs in the garage, never to return. I'm so glad I did, this is a joy to use, cuts through chicken breast like butter and even manages the "ripe and ready to eat" pears which never are, with ease. I got so excited to use this knife (I made my husband and son have a go as well) that I think I may finally be a grown-up. This one is never going near the garage.
