It Does Exactly What It’s Intended For!
This makes my 3rd unit that I have purchased as an outboard stand alone CarPlay screen. I believe this is the last one I will need for awhile. The first one I could not adjust the screen dimness. The 2nd one was just a piece of junk that kept turning off. I have had this unit for about a week and it’s very stable. Connects every time in about 15 seconds. I have it mounted on my windshield above my older non CarPlay in car system. It was easy to install and can be dash mounted as well. My car connects through Bluetooth so I don’t need the audio auxiliary cord. If needed, you can adjust screen dimness, however the auto detection seems to work pretty good. It has not fallen so it it’s very stable. I would recommend this unit. At the time I purchased it, it was listed at $38.59. Pretty reasonable in my opinion. I was able to take advantage of some discounts as well. Good luck on your endeavor to improve your in car infotainment system. May the force be with you!

Great little POWERFUL 300 watt radio for 26 bucks?! Y’all can’t go wrong!
Fantastic radio! Those 300 watts bring my old 2005 Grand Caravan to life! For $26 bucks you can’t go wrong! I do have a few complaints but they’re really quite small.I have an iPhone 11. When giving Siri a verbal command, she’s cut off in her response for some reason. It’s like she misses the last name of an artist. I know it’s not my phone, because my gutless JVC media deck didn’t do this.I also am finding that sometimes the clock does not stay set. It habitually will drop back 1 hour. Not sure why this is, and truth be told, 1: most of us have a phone on a dock at all times so no big deal, 2: it could well be my vehicle’s electric system. She is 17 years old with 180 thousand miles on her. 😝😂The menus are a bit frustrating to navigate. Having to click through the menu again if you’re making sound adjustments over a few second delay. Not a big deal. You do get used to it. Truth be told it could really use a dedicated EQ button. Oh well. Remember your paying for a budget radio. The answer and end call buttons aren’t lit up at night! No worries. Once radio is learned, I can answer quite well…Did I say sound? Pretty impressive. The factory speakers actually rattle my chinsy plastic again. The ability to customize the colors of display is nice! A dedicated dimmer for the display would be nice too. To my knowledge there isn’t a dimmer at all. I do a lot of night driving. So I notice. But it’s not a big deal. I had switched my climate control lights and dash lights to blue so this matches nicely. The addition of a remote is a nice touch too.Bottom line? Again, for $26 it’s a pretty nice radio all things considered. If you’re on a budget and need a good radio look no further! I figure as much driving as I do, if I’ve gotta replace down the road a couple years with another, the $26 bucks won’t break the bank.

It works good, but doesn’t stick to the dashboard.
Pros: The screen itself works great. My apple carplay works just as it should. I love having that.Cons: It was a little tricky to get my phone connected at first and get the music to play through the car speakers. (It could have just been my phone.) It definitely does not stick to the dashboard. I tried sticking it to the windshield, but the arm is too short for it to sit without blocking my view. I tried to use extra sticky pads to see if that would help it stay on the dash, but it didn’t work. I finally decided to try heavy duty command strips and stick it to an open spot on the front of my dash. I attached photos of where it’s stuck now and the texture of my dash to show what it will not stick to.

Great value and video
Was easy to install. Android Auto starts up quickly. Already have a review camera and working well with existing wire. Needed to run an extra hot wire from backup light to headset.Only fault so far is the microphone. Poor quality and does not properly pick up voice commands.

Car play
Too small of a screen and it does NOT work well with Android!! I plugged it in with using Apple and it worked fine, but this was supposed to be for my husband’s Father’s Day gift. I can’t return it because it’s past the date of return.

Very affordable, don't expect perfection.
Very affordable, and it works ok. It's a bit quirky though, the clock has a mind of its own. Manual is basically useless.
