Comfortable, solid build, weights are nice. I like the idea of being able to wash this,unlike other weighted vests. Doesn't jostle around. I'll update if there's any changes.

It looks like this is just what I needed to get prepared for a major hike into the Grand Canyon. The 35# weight is enough to get me acclimated to carrying the extra weight that a backpack will entail. Thats all good. But there are a couple dings I would like to mention as well. One; There are literally NO INSTRUCTIONS! Not that it's all that tough to figure out, but still, would it hurt to put a little illustration in the packaging? Two: I would like to see some suggestions on how to BEST load up the weights as you are working your way up to the full load of 16 weights. I started with the bottom weights both front and back, but am at something of a loss as to how to go about adding a couple more weights while increasing my way up to the full on loading. Again, some suggestions would be nice. (NOTE: I did Google for any ideas or suggestions, but all I was able to find were promotional videos on how to use the weighted vest to augment your workouts. Not at all helpful for what I was seeking!) Other than that, this vest seems to be incredibly well made and should hold up really well to the rigors of what it is intended. Oh, and I opted for THIS vest over one with plastic bags and sand filling; the iron weights just seemed like the right way to go. At least for me.

Has held up well after about a year of use! Easy to put on and adjust and fits snugly for brisk walks. Would not try to run with it on, but for squats and walking it works great.

Good vest. Can confirm it’s 45.2LB when weighed for a 45LB vest. Good cushion. Sits high on chest and back. I have plenty of room to breathe. I like the pocket on front. Great for jogging.

Got this for my son when he walks the dog. He wears it every day and goes on many hikes with it and it still is all in 1 piece. I would have thought the Velcro would have not lasted, but the Velcro hold is as good as it was the first day he opened it. Very impressive. My son is 180 pounds and 5’5 - this fits him perfectly.

I’ve been using this almost a month now it’s a great improvement for my legs. It’s a game changer I had cramps but that’s fine as long as you know your limits. It’s worth it though expensive
