This is hidden gem for $350. Duel hose air conditioners are usually $500 at a minimum. To buy this exact model elsewhere is $799. Friedrich isn't well known around here, but it is good brand.Its got everything I wanted. Duel hose, WIFI, great SACC rating and I don't have to drain it. Easily cools about 600 square feet of my apartment and thats surprising because its only rated for 450 to 550.I knocked off 1 star due to the window kit. I threw mine in the trash and got a ordered a different one. Its flimsy, doesn't fit well together and its not long enough for large windows that open side to side.If you order a different kit, you with need one that supports one 5" and one 5.9" hose
