Excellent purchase
Fantastic computer for the price. They used brand name components in the refurbs, great SSD and RAM. No dust in the fans and comsmetically A+No stick on matting to cover scratches, strongly suggest this refurbished machine.

Great Deal
I was worried about purchasing a refurbished computer but it is working great. I typically have a dozen chrome windows open, one or two Excel files and maybe a Word file or PacketTracer. The only noticeable lag I have seen is when I use the Snipping Tool.This was a great deal for the price.

Great Laptop for work. Especially if you’re always on the go.
So far so good. Everything works well. Honestly hard to tell it was refurbished. The only reason I got this was cause I have work laptop like this. I use it for pulling large amounts of data and dock my laptop in various areas throughout my work place presenting data, PowerPoints, and help associates through our HRIS system. Powerful computer for its price. Also, battery is very easy to replace.

Won’t turn on. Battery drains to zero. Not in excellent condition
Battery drained to 0% after fully charging and not using it at all. Then it wouldn’t turn on and once it finally did, the pin it had me set up didn’t work and it wouldn’t allow me to change it or login Fany other way. Not in excellent condition. I doubt any work was done on it at all. I was refunded the money and they told me to just keep it, so now I have to throw it away.

Decent shape, are what they say. Have Intel Optane drives, or at least the 3 i got did.
Mine (3) didn't include power supplies,..but oddly enough hdmi cables... so 4 star.Side note to other people.. if you're getting this for a workplace environment where you're an admin or IT using an imaging system..WDS, MDT, SCCM..., these laptops come with intel optane drives, which are a nightmare for imaging. I just swapped them out. Would've been nice to know ahead of time though. For normal people this wouldn't really matter and is kind of a plus, they're good drives.
