I adapted mine for use inside my Dreamcast as it provides all the necessary voltage rails and is much more efficient and produces less heat than the stock PSU. I removed the edge connector on mine and modified it as such to power the Dreamcast, and it works great, with no noise in the video output at all. You will need a good 12V PSU to accompany this, but it's so much smaller and runs cooler than the big Dreamcast PSU board that it replaced.
