Uncomfortable
I really don't even know how to use it no instructions to explain very clear so I decided to send it back long time ago

Tech needs work but has potential
This unit is great in theory but does not work well with some phones and around high power lines, cell towers and excess signal distortion. When it works, it has great sound and volume. It has much more apps than other units. The GPS is a nice feature especially for offroad trips. HD screen is nice especially when viewing a video. Christy, the customer rep was very helpful in helping me rectify my issues with the unit. I would have given 5 stars but the unit I received malfunctioned. I'd buy it again, once they work out some bugs.

Worked ok for two weeks
Disappointed in this item. Worked ok for a couple of weeks, then started making static noises, intermittent connecting and now it has a loud buzz that wont go away. Call quality was always bad.
