Product ki reliability aur after-sales service
Maine pehle ye review English mein likha tha, lekin main chahta hoon ki zyada se zyada log ise padhein, isliye ab ise Hindi mein likh raha hoon. Main is induction stove ko lagbhag 8 mahine se use kar raha hoon, aur in 8 mahino mein ye 4 baar kharab ho chuka hai. Jab bhi warranty claim raise karta hoon, pehle 48 hours ka time diya jata hai technician assign karne ke liye. Uske baad technician bolta hai ki required parts arrange karne mein 2 din aur lagenge. Dekhte hi dekhte 7 din nikal jate hain aur phir bol diya jata hai ki nayi complaint raise kijiye. Pehli 3 baar kisi tarah ek hafte ke andar repair kar diya gaya, lekin is baar 10 din se zyada ho chuke hain aur abhi bhi wahi process repeat kiya ja raha hai. Service itni poor hai aur product itna unreliable hai ki samajh nahi aata ki isse aur kya expect kiya ja sakta hai. Kabhi E1 error aata hai, kabhi induction start hi nahi hota, aur kabhi PCB mein malfunction ho jata hai. Agar baar-baar isi tarah ki problems aati rahengi, to product par bharosa kaise kiya ja sakta hai? Main product ki quality aur after-sales service, dono se bahut zyada disappointed hoon. Sirf 8 mahine purane product ka 4 baar kharab hona aur har baar repair ke liye itna lamba process face karna bilkul bhi acceptable nahi hai. Product ki reliability aur company ki after-sales service, dono hi bahut disappointing hain.
