I am in the early stages of Osteoporosis and I am concerned about my calcium intake. I use these daily and have no side effects and they are easy to swallow. I like the additional vitamins like D3 and B12 all in one so I don't have to take multiple pills. Also cuts down on the cost. These are my go to calcium.

I'm 73. Everything I read says I need to up my calcium intake to help avoid brittle bones and loss of bone mass. I've been using these for almost a year. They are easy to swallow. I like the idea that I get the calcium and the nutrients to help my body actually absorb and use the calcium. As I understand it, calcium pills alone aren't all that great because the tools necessary for your body to use the calcium aren't there. I take one at night and one in morning. So far, my doctor says my bones are fine. I can't say for certain these pills are helping, but I plan to keep taking them just in case.

UPDATED from 2 stars: After leaving my negative review about the product being stuck together, the company reached out to me and offered an immediate refund. Their concern and prompt action reaffirmed my trust in them as a whole, and I would definitely buy from this company in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These items were completely stuck together in the bottle and impossible to remove. Hard to get benefit from vitamins that you cannot get out of the bottle. Presumably, at least one or more were faulty and leaked or else possibly heat caused the gel pills to become fused together. I tried shaking the bottle and carefully digging out one at a time, but have been less than successful. I've gotten to take maybe 7 pills altogether, making this a bad purchase. Do not buy.
