These are great. My cats ignored the previous fish shaped treats I got them. Both are brother and sister and are pushing 15 years old. They eat up the Choolips and I have noticed they are doing better in emptying their bladder and I'm hoping this will help their kidney health as the enter their senior years.

Great treat for my senior cats. Able to hide flavorless powdered meds into it for one that needs it. Good way to add more hydration in treat form. Only wish there was a higher calorie option.

When cat has kidney disease you give them everything they can have. Low protein, super stinky so she can’t resist eating it. She needs all the calories she can get to keep her weight up. I splurged for her - the price is outrageous and they give you 49 instead of 50 ? Insult to injury on the price point.

My beautiful 16yo cat has early stage renal issues. He had quit eating his normal food for about several days, but still ate a few treats, drank water & wanted to eat something palatable. My fish-loving cat with early kidney disease and urinary blockage problems really likes these and it seems to help with his overall hydration the day after I give him one. I use churu every day for his supplements, and he likes these a bit more (likes them all less when mixed with his supplements and meds, of course). I wish they weren’t so expensive, though! I just give them occasionally when I notice he’s looking a little thinner and more dehydrated.
