I’m a person who’s in the gym 6 days a week about two hours a day and needed my own set of gym accessories because sometimes the ones at the gym are honestly gross and just don’t do what there supposed to do. I found this awesome set on amazon and I’m so glad I did! The set is high quality and the fabric is great and so comfortable and it’s so hard to find a nice thick bar pad like this one and this one is great it’s about a inch 1/2 or two inches thick so it’s great for absorbing the bar a bit so it doesn’t go right into your shoulders and allows for me to squat more weight. The ankle straps are thick and sturdy and are great for glute excercises just like the squat band which is on the thicker side also so more resistance which makes glute excercises even better! Honestly you can’t get a better set it’s absolutely worth the buy!!.

Great combo pack for the gym. Has what I was looking for. The gym I go to is constantly missing these attachments so it’s convenient to be able to bring my gym bag, and not have to search the gym for old bar pads or leg bands. My previous leg bands would roll up my leg and didn’t have that much resistance at all, this leg band is a thicker stronger material that doesn’t roll up and has plenty of resistance to give you a good workout. The only thing I’ve noticed is with the Velcro ankle straps, while doing kickbacks, they sometimes come off doing heavier weight. For example 60 lbs will sometimes have the Velcro ankle straps come undone. It’s happened only a few times, but something to keep in mind. I’ve noticed other ankle straps have 2 circular hoops instead of one, which would solve this very minor hiccup. Would recommend and is a must have for your gym bag.

The barbell pad worked great! The color is so pretty. The ankle straps work good the Velcro is pretty strong. The resistance band is really strong. It has a lot of resistance to it. The bag did break but they’re easy to carry around without it.

Honestly the whole pack is so worth it. There’s like two strap that you can wrap around the foam cover to keep it in place but that’s the only thing that I don’t use. The hip resistance band is probably like medium strength so if you are a beginner you might want to buy a lower level one before that one.

The band is super sturdy and has heavy resistant!! Its perfect, and the ankle cuffs hold up too. I thought when I first saw them that they would instantly break but I’ve been using them for kickbacks and they STAY ON. Only problem with the set is the bar pad (which is the main reason I really ordered to begin with). Material and feel of it is nice but its too small for a normal 45lb bar. It fits around a smith machine bar, but it also slides around and doesn't stay in place. I still use it for hip thrusts, it gets the job done, the pad DOES have velcro to keep it somewhat on the bar. Overall, 7/10 I just wish the pad fit normal bars

I got my old one stolen from my university gym locker so i bought this one. get the job done and love the color. I do hipthrust on the smith machine, and it its literally impossible to even lift a 25lbs plate without hurting ur hips/pelvis bone if u don't have one of these.The pads is SUPER thick, and I love it. I hip thrust 200lb (minus the bar) and don't feel any pain form the bar digging into me which allows me to focus on pushing to the top of my rep. Also did I mention the cute pink color? lol

Okay so I order a single cuff from Fitgirl, great quality but I only got one for ten bucks. It got stolen at the gym and so I bought this set because because also need a pad for the bar. This set comes with 2 cuffs also so you don't keep having to switch it. I didn't know how annoying that would be until I was doing it with the other cuff. The band is super nice quality, looks and feels like the other bands I have that I paid a lot for.So far the quality is awesome for the price. Not a single thing I could say I want changed. I'm about to workout now with it for the first time.Also. KEEP IN MIND I LIVE IN TEXAS AND EVERYTHING I ORDER FROM AMAZON IS AWESOME QUALITY. NO PROBLEMS. I'm thinking different states have different suppliers or something. Idk.
