This is an excellent product. I suffer from an overactive bladder and recently experienced some leaking and continence problems. Tried saw palmetto but it gave me nasty headaches. Then got these pills and omg! They work. I noticed marked difference after 3 days only and no nasty side effects. I take 3 capsules as directed with 0.5Lof water at midday and have good results. Will continue to take this.
