My husband struggles getting to sleep or staying asleep several nights each week & has resorted to taking Tylenol PM most nights. Even then, there are at least 3-4 nights a month, he wakes the next morning feeling as if he hasn't slept at all. I prefer natural ways of dealing with sleep interruptions & truly dislike him taking medication -- even simple OTC meds -- every night. So, I got these natural capsules to see if they helped my husband get to sleep & stay asleep better. After a week of continual use, my husband was able to stop using Tylenol PM every night. Unlike other natural supplements we've tried such as melatonin & magnesium, this blend has caused no hot flashes, leg twitching increase, or any other side effects I can connect with his taking a new product. He was doing very well using these capsules until I had major leg surgery which increased my husband's stress level & also caused him to forget taking care of himself was important. So, he missed over a week of taking the capsules & ended up returning to using Tylenol PM just this past weekend until I asked him about the stress supplement I'd gotten him. He realized he'd been forgetting to take it so has started on it again (just last night). I'm hoping to see the same results as when he first started using them -- that he can stop using OTC medications but, this time, he can stay off of them!

I started taking these about a week ago, and so far they seem to help. I notice that I seem to be sleeping just a bit better by taking these before bed. Also, I feel like they are helping with my day to day dealing with situations that normally stress me quite a bit. They are no miracle cure, for sure, and will not be a strong answer to anything you may have going on, but if you are just looking for a little nudge then these may work for you. Everyone is different, but they seem to work for me and I will continue to take them when needed.

It balances all those systems that can get overloaded. When I started using this Stress Guardian I didn't notice this benefit for several days. It's not a dramatic revelation but rather a subtle feeling of endurance to finish the day and still feel like playing with the kiddos at the end of the day or cooking dinner! All these safeguards that this particular supplement puts in place, then, helps me let go of the day when I lay my head on that pillow. It does not make me nervous or groggy and consequently I have been seeping really well. I do have some issues with the manufacturer about labeling. I would love to see the exact dosage of the particular ingredients they have listed. I would like to know the source of their ingredients. I would like to see their certifications prominently displayed on the bottle. 3rd party lab testing is the most important certification to have now a days, more important than all the influencers and personalities and glossy marketing listed on their website. The label only states, 'lab tested' and I had to scrounge around their website to find that reference 1 more time. Lastly, this "Stress Guardian" is seriously overpriced without good justification. Overall, it's still a good formula and it seems to be effective. There is a great story on the website about the founders that make me believe this brand and their products are genuine and trustworthy. I do recommend this but don't be swayed by glossy marketing hype. Look for details about the product.

I posted a picture of the ingredient label because this product is so new, the ingredients were not listed on the product page. This product provides ingredients that effectively help the body handle stress. I have leadership responsibilities and look forward to using this product I just got to help me handle stresses that come my way. Listed in the ingredient list are some of the go to herbs that are heavily researched for their effectiveness. I also like that with two grams of ingredients, there will be enough of each ingredient to help me. I don’t plan to take this every day, but when overwhelmed with life’s challenges.

Many supplements will have some of the same ingredients not knowing the dosage you could possibly overdose. Too much of certain supplements can cause serious side effects. The other side you could be thinking they’re putting a good amount in the Supplement when they’re actually putting in very low dosage that won’t absorb. For myself not knowing what the dosage is makes me feel uneasy.I have been using this for about a week now and have not felt any different at all. Yet when it comes to a supplement of this nature, everyone is different.
